I TOTALLY GET IT!! 


I’m not a natural born athlete. I have to work for this lifestyle. And while I’d much rather get a pedicure than show up for a HIIT class… I feel soooo much better after that workout AND the long term benefits certainly outweigh a little cosmetic indulgence.

THE TRUTH ABOUT JUNK FOOD

This is similar to the one above but I need to highlight a few additional things here. Your body is not designed to digest refined sugar, alcohol, American produced wheat high in gluten, and all this processed food... You are literally tricking your body in to thinking it is fuel but your body goes to empty pretty quick on this stuff so it asks for more and thus the vicious cycle of craving begins. Break the cravings by giving your body what it really needs. 

Your body will revolt at first and be in a bit of shock. The sooner you replace these foods, the sooner your system will reset. AND you can avoid permanent damage and disease.


RISE TO THE CHALLENGE

Do you feel we steer clear from challenging situations. However, these challenges are where we grow, get stronger and FIND AWESOME SATISFACTION. You do not have to put yourself through any grueling workouts. Just RISE and dig a little deeper evert day!!!
