GET MOVING!!!! Working out enhances your experience so we have included access to our iCANdi Fitness programs. DO NOT GO MORE THAN A DAY WITHOUT AT LEAST 15 min of Physical Activity

NOTE: WORKOUT SESSIONS ARE ABOUT 35-40 Min (Yoga, Super Sat and Pilates are 40-45min). Sessions will denote if it is a strength, cardio or flexibility session. We recommend you shoot for 3 strength a week, 2 cardio, 1 flex and one outdoor adventure every week
