Step 6-MAKE THE TIME- Schedule!!!!

THESE ARE IMPERATIVE STEPS TO THE PROGRAM THAT WILL HELP MAXIMIZE RESULTS!!

  • Do not stress!!! Shift your focus to enjoy the process.
  • I suggest getting A JOURNAL !! They sell cool sticky tabs you can use to also Take notes from our meeting in it, reflect on your days....
  • SCHEDULE: MAKE THE TIME!!! 6 weeks will be a blip. What you put in is what you will get out.
  • SMILE! This is going to be awesome!!
  • Tomorrow you will receive an email with a link to your Weekly Website and awesome Getting Started Motivation Session with me. These sessions will be about 35 min PLEASE MAKE THE TIME!!!
  • During your week you will receive emails to guide you through Accountability Check Ins as well as a reminder to turn in your U Work (i will go over more tomorrow)
  • U Work: this will be posted on your weekly webpage. For accountability, you will be asked to take a screen shot when completed and send to me. I will not read them unless you tell me I can.
  • I also encourage you to text me a screen shot of your daily food tracking
  • Just one step at a time, lasting change takes time but will be sooo worth it!
  • YOU CAN DO IT!!!

GET MOVING!!!! Working out enhances your experience so we have included access to our iCANdi Fitness programs. DO NOT GO MORE THAN A DAY WITHOUT AT LEAST 15 min of Physical Activity

All of our sessions are ALL LEVEL and never boring. All we ask is that you show up and do your best. We will help motivate you and offer modifications when needed.

1- Unlimited Virtual Zoom Workout Sessions: Schedule Virtual Livestream sessions using the FitDegree App .CLICK HERE ON HOW TO DOWNLOAD THE APP (zoom link will be sent about 15min prior to class)

2- Unlimited IN STUDIO Workout Sessions available in Washington Twp, NJ: Reg for in studio sessions also using the FitDegree App

3-  Unlimited Access to iCANdi On Demand Workout Library so you can workout any time AND there is a great variety to choose from (password: "workitcandi") CLICK HERE TO ACCESS 

4- Livestream Sessions on our Private iCANdi Stronger FITNESS Facebook Group Join by clicking HERE


NOTE: WORKOUT SESSIONS ARE ABOUT 35-40 Min (Yoga, Super Sat and Pilates are 40-45min). Sessions will denote if it is a strength, cardio or flexibility session. We recommend you shoot for 3 strength a week, 2 cardio, 1 flex and one outdoor adventure every week


******Eat a piece of fruit pre workout & you have just 30 min POST work out to get protein in your system
